IT Infrastructure & Support Specialist

About the role

El-Elyon Alliance & Securities Limited, a licensed stockbroking firm in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, is looking for an IT Infrastructure & Support Specialist to keep its computers, network and power running while the market is open. The post reports to the Operations Manager, is based in the office, Monday to Friday 8am–5pm, and starts in November 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, fix and maintain laptops, desktops, printers and phones, and prepare devices for new staff
• Run the office network (internet, Wi-Fi, routers, firewall, VPN) and ensure a backup internet line is available
• Check traders' computers and screens every morning before the market opens
• Maintain a complete equipment list with tags, warranties and replacement dates
• Manage backups, CCTV and door access, and handle IT suppliers and warranty repairs
• Record every IT issue and advise staff on basic online safety

Required profile

• At least 3 years in IT support, ideally in a bank, stockbroker or other regulated business
• Strong hands-on skills fixing hardware and Windows
• Good networking skills and working knowledge of Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and Active Directory
• CompTIA A+ or similar; CCNA or CompTIA Network+, ITIL 4 Foundation and backup tools such as Veeam are a bonus

What we offer

• Permanent position with a 6-month probation
• Take-home pay of N300,000 to N350,000 per month, plus pension, HMO and paid certification training
