Associate Consultant – Project Management & Delivery

About the role

Eshieton Group is seeking experienced project management professionals to join its network of Associate Consultants. As an independent partner you will deliver project management, PMO advisory and programme assurance services to clients across Africa and emerging markets, leveraging the company’s proprietary Foresight™ platform.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver project management, PMO advisory, programme assurance or sector‑specific consulting engagements for Eshieton clients.
• Apply Eshieton’s methodology and the Foresight™ intelligence platform while working under the company brand.
• Contribute sector expertise, credentials and track record to proposals and tender submissions.
• Represent Eshieton’s values and professional standards in all client interactions.
• Collaborate directly with the Managing Director on delivery quality and assurance.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of verifiable project or programme management experience with accountability for outcomes.
• At least one recognised professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, MSP, AgilePM).
• Proven expertise in at least one of Eshieton’s 21 active sectors.
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate confidently at senior client level.
• Legal ability to work as an independent contractor.
• Preferred: experience on donor‑funded programmes, public sector procurement, prior PMO leadership, familiarity with AI tools in project management, existing client relationships, and language capability in English, French, Arabic or Swahili.
