About the role
The Associate Banker supports all phases of the project cycle, from origination through structuring, execution and monitoring, working under the guidance of senior bankers and the operation leader.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to project structuring and execution, coordinating with clients, consultants and other parties.
- Lead due‑diligence activities covering financial, market, integrity and policy compliance.
- Prepare internal documentation such as memoranda, financial models, term sheets and presentations.
- Monitor project implementation, financial performance and covenant compliance, and produce monitoring reports.
- Assist with business development and marketing efforts as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Professional qualification such as ACA, CFA, ACCA or CIMA is desirable.
- Strong quantitative and numerical abilities with experience in credit analysis.
- Relevant experience in investment/commercial banking, private equity, asset management or financial consulting.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office and spreadsheet packages (Excel) proficiency.
- Financial analysis and financial modelling skills.
- Credit analysis and ability to interpret financial statements.
