Assistant Sales Representative

About the role

The Assistant Sales Representative will support the lead sales team in driving revenue for Nemsy Closet, a fashion retail brand based in Abuja. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in sales processes, customer interaction, and product promotion within a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior sales representatives in preparing proposals, presentations, product quotes and contracts.
• Prospect new business through cold calling, emailing and follow‑up of inbound inquiries.
• Process customer orders, respond to product queries, resolve service issues and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Monitor inventory levels, ensure correct pricing displays and support promotional activations.
• Help organise client meetings, attend trade shows or product demonstrations and follow up with prospects after events.

Required profile

• Minimum SSCE qualification.
• At least one year of experience in sales, customer service or administrative support.
• Goal‑oriented, organised, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
