Area Sales Manager – Lagos

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, result‑driven Area Sales Manager to spearhead sales growth across the Lagos market. The role focuses on expanding our presence in both the Open Market and HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering) channels, building strong customer relationships and achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for the Lagos region, targeting Open Market and HoReCa segments.
• Identify and acquire new accounts while nurturing existing client relationships.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and adjust tactics to maximize market share.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports and performance dashboards for senior management.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings to local customer needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales within the Open Market and HoReCa sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to grow market coverage and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HoReCa channel dynamics.
• Understanding of Open Market sales processes.
