AI-Powered Customer Enablement Engineer

About the role

IgniteTech is looking for an AI‑Powered Customer Enablement Engineer to act as the single point of contact that builds, directs, and validates AI‑agent systems for enterprise onboarding, demos, documentation and training. You will operate at the intersection of customer success and applied AI, delivering high‑impact enablement at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead structured onboarding sessions for admins, moderators and end‑users, leveraging AI systems that continuously learn from each cohort.
• Design, build and deliver high‑stakes product demos for prospects, customers and C‑suite audiences, managing environments, narratives and day‑of execution.
• Maintain living documentation and training materials, using AI agents to generate content and verifying accuracy against live products.
• Architect and refine AI‑native infrastructure – prompts, agent workflows, knowledge architectures and verification loops – to reduce human touch over time.
• Translate onboarding friction and support questions into actionable product insights and self‑serve resources.
• Contribute reusable agent configurations, prompt libraries and workflows to shared repositories and report daily progress.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with enterprise community engagement or social‑media management platforms.
• Strong affinity for AI‑first workflows, treating prompt engineering and agent orchestration as core operating tools.
• Ability to verify AI‑generated output and continuously improve system reliability.
