About the role

CIG Motors is seeking an Aftersales Workshop Manager to lead and transform its Victoria Island workshop into a flagship, high‑performance aftersales centre. The role combines commercial acumen with deep technical expertise to drive revenue, customer retention, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all workshop operations, ensuring disciplined, customer‑focused service delivery.
• Drive aftersales revenue growth and workshop profitability.
• Manage customer retention initiatives and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Oversee technical and diagnostic activities, ensuring OEM compliance and high service quality.
• Provide team leadership, accountability, and performance management for technicians.
• Optimize workshop productivity, turnaround times, and workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate parts inventory, warranty recovery, and warranty processes.
• Produce operational reports, maintain governance, and control service quality.
