About the role
The Aesthetics Designer will create interior design concepts, manage project execution and ensure client satisfaction across multiple locations in Nigeria.
Key responsibilities
- Sketch design plans, determine project costs and source materials.
- Visit job sites to assess space, design needs and purpose.
- Conduct client meetings to capture style preferences and requirements.
- Produce initial sketches, colour themes and obtain client approval before detailed CAD designs.
- Hire and coordinate contractors such as carpenters, painters, plumbers, electricians and artists.
- Oversee procurement of raw materials and monitor project progress to stay within budget and timeline.
Required profile
- Certificate in a relevant design field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior or aesthetic design.
- Strong creativity, artistic ability and imagination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Leadership, management and problem‑solving capabilities.
