Account & Special Projects Associate

About the role

We are looking for an Account & Special Projects Associate to support both Atelier 48 client management and TFB Studios’ ongoing projects and programmes. This hybrid role is ideal for someone highly organised, detail‑oriented, and excited about the intersection of fashion, client experience, and project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for Atelier 48 clients, managing the full client journey from onboarding to delivery.
• Work closely with tailors and artisans to monitor production progress, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.
• Support planning and execution of programmes, workshops, and events, handling logistics, communications, and documentation.

Required profile

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a proactive problem‑solving attitude.
• Clear communicator able to manage both clients and internal teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in fashion, craftsmanship, and creative industries.

Required skills

• Experience with tools such as Google Docs and spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp for communication.
