Admission and Sales Manager

About the role

The Admission and Sales Manager will lead the end‑to‑end admissions journey for prospective learners at Docenti Global Business School. Based in Ikeja with hybrid flexibility, the role combines sales, recruitment and client‑relationship responsibilities to drive enrollment and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries, guide prospects through program options, and manage application documentation to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
• Develop and execute sales and recruitment strategies, follow up on leads, and conduct consultations with prospective learners.
• Maintain accurate records in admissions and CRM systems, and produce regular performance reports.
• Build and nurture relationships with corporate partners, educational agents and other stakeholders to increase program enrollment.
• Collaborate with academic, marketing and operations teams to coordinate promotional activities and support events.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a commission‑based student recruitment or related sales role.
• Strong background in admissions, enrollment management and client relationship handling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
• Residence within Lagos and ability to work onsite in Ikeja.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM or admissions management systems.
• Comfort using digital tools and productivity software (e.g., online learning or edtech platforms).
