About the role
Brit Properties Nigeria Limited is seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to lead its office operations in Ajah, Lagos. You will be responsible for overseeing administrative staff, managing office resources, and ensuring smooth daily functions that support the company’s real‑estate investment activities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and train administrative team members to achieve high performance.
- Supervise day‑to‑day office operations, including equipment maintenance, supply management and conference‑room scheduling.
- Oversee procurement of computers, printers and other office assets, ensuring timely replenishment.
- Prepare and monitor expense reports, budgets and monthly financial summaries.
- Maintain personnel, financial and other records, and generate regular activity reports for the Head of Admin.
- Coordinate company calendar, support department managers, staff and the CEO, and enforce compliance with policies and SOPs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3–6 years of relevant administrative or office‑management experience.
- Proven ability to achieve at least one direct sale per quarter.
