Admin/HR Executive (Hybrid, Lagos)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Admin/HR Executive to manage day‑to‑day office operations while supporting all core human‑resource activities. The role is hybrid, based in Lagos, and requires a blend of administrative precision and HR expertise to keep the business running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily office administration, including correspondence, filing, and documentation.
• Manage office supplies, assets, facility upkeep, and coordinate meetings and company events.
• Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external partners.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain employee records and update the HR database.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Handle attendance, leave management, performance tracking, and payroll support.
• Address employee queries, promote a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with labour laws.

Required profile

• HND or BSc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience as an Admin Officer, HR Officer or similar role.
• Good knowledge of HR best practices and labour legislation.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a hybrid team.
• Resident in Lagos and available to work on a hybrid schedule.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with HR management tools.
