About the role
The Admin Supervisor will oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth management of supplies, documentation, and scheduling. This role supports both employees and clients by maintaining efficient administrative processes.
Key responsibilities
- Manage office supplies, stock and place orders.
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
- Maintain and update company databases and filing systems for confidential documents.
- Answer queries from employees and clients, and update office policies as needed.
- Maintain a company calendar, schedule appointments, and book meeting rooms.
- Distribute and store correspondence, prepare reports and presentations with statistical data.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and schedule in‑house and external events.
Required profile
- B.Sc or HND in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong administration and interpersonal skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting software.
