About the role
Catilas Resources Limited is recruiting dynamic Accounts Acquisition Agents to work for a leading commercial bank across Nigeria. The role is commission‑based and rewards proactive sales talent with a monthly transport allowance.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively solicit potential customers to open accounts with the bank.
- Assist prospective customers in completing all necessary documentation for account opening.
- Compile and maintain an updated list of leads and referrals to drive continuous account openings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with branch staff for efficient account processing.
Required profile
- Minimum OND in any relevant field.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Proactive, creative, self‑motivated with a positive sales attitude.
What we offer
- Commission‑based earnings reflecting productivity.
- Monthly transport allowance of N120,000.
