Accounting Associate

About the role

Utiva is looking for an enthusiastic Accounting Associate to join its Finance team in Lagos. This position is designed for a recent graduate or NYSC participant who wants hands‑on experience in accounting and finance while contributing to daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day accounting and finance activities.
• Assist with financial records, reconciliations, and documentation.
• Help prepare financial reports and monitor transactions.
• Maintain accurate and organised financial records.
• Collaborate with the Finance team on assigned tasks and projects.

Required profile

• A minimum B.Sc. in Accounting from a reputable university.
• Started or completed ICAN certification.
• Currently serving NYSC and seeking a PPA placement in Lagos.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Presentable, energetic, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
