About the role

The Account Assistant will support the accounting team by handling daily financial transactions, maintaining records, and assisting with invoicing and reconciliation tasks. This entry‑level position offers an opportunity to develop practical accounting skills in a fast‑moving recruitment environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain organized financial documents.
  • Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment records.
  • Assist with reconciliation of financial records and tracking of income, expenses, and outstanding payments.
  • Perform basic calculations, data entry, and provide administrative support to the accounting team.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial information.

Required profile

  • Minimum SSCE qualification with a basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Strong mathematical and numerical skills.
  • Computer literate, especially proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail, honesty, organization, and reliability.
  • Must reside around Agric, Ogolonto, Isawo, or Ikorodu Garage.
