Videographer & Content Designer

About the role

Creatrix Empire is seeking a dynamic Videographer & Content Designer to lead modern, social‑first storytelling for our clients. The ideal candidate will blend visual creativity with strategic insight to produce engaging video and graphic assets that boost audience growth and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and direct studio interviews, celebrity events, podcasts, and promotional campaigns.
• Edit long‑form YouTube videos and create Shorts, TikTok clips, Instagram Reels, and other platform‑specific assets.
• Design eye‑catching graphics, flyers, social media creatives, and high‑conversion YouTube thumbnails.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content concepts and visual campaigns.
• Optimize video and graphic content for engagement, retention, and platform algorithms.
• Maintain and manage production equipment, including cameras, lighting, microphones, and studio gear.
• Stay current on content trends, storytelling techniques, and platform changes.
• Deliver high‑quality creative output within tight production timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Cinematography, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in a creative agency, production house, or fast‑paced media environment.
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating video production, editing, and graphic design capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with creative and leadership teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to perform under pressure.
