Creative Director – Digital Storytelling

About the role

We are looking for a strategic storyteller who can turn corporate growth and professional development into visually compelling, high‑converting digital content. The role focuses on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, driving brand awareness and engagement across the career‑consulting space.

Key responsibilities

• Own, refine, and enforce premium, cohesive brand guidelines on all platforms.
• Conceptualize and direct high‑impact digital campaigns, from graphic design to scroll‑stopping social media carousels.
• Lead creative direction for high‑fidelity video, photography, and innovative digital assets.
• Partner with consulting and leadership teams to translate career insights into story‑driven visual assets.
• Stay ahead of design trends and platform algorithm shifts to keep the brand at the forefront.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in creative direction, brand management, or senior digital design (agency or professional services preferred).
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design sense, typography, and successful digital campaigns.
• Deep understanding of visual storytelling tailored for LinkedIn versus Instagram/Facebook.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project‑management abilities; highly organized and deadline‑driven.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using Canva Pro.
• Figma expertise.
• Openness to leveraging modern AI creative tools for asset generation.
