Travel Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Travel Consultant to join our team in Lagos. You will be responsible for managing flight bookings, hotel reservations, and tour packages for clients traveling across Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Book domestic and international flights using Amadeus GDS, handling reissues, refunds, and group bookings.
• Plan and execute tour packages, coordinating with hotels, DMCs, and local suppliers.
• Reserve standalone hotel rooms and issue client vouchers.
• Prepare and submit visa applications for UK, US, Canada, Schengen and other e‑visas.
• Process reschedules, cancellations, and refunds, tracking them through to disbursement.
• Maintain complete and accurate case files for each client engagement.
• Submit a short weekly report on delivered, in‑progress, and pending files.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• Minimum three years of experience in a Nigerian travel agency in ticketing, tour operations or travel consulting.
• Hands‑on experience planning tour packages to at least two regions: Africa, Middle East, or Asia.
• Strong written and verbal English with meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Amadeus GDS (tested during interview).
