Operations & Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Operations & Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain activities for our manufacturing and warehousing business in Abuja. You will ensure reliable, cost‑effective sourcing, inventory management and delivery while supporting our e‑commerce and customer service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Source and manage suppliers, negotiate terms and secure cost‑effective stock supply.
• Oversee commercial relationships with manufacturing partners, from ordering through quality, cost and delivery timelines.
• Plan and control stock levels, maintain accurate inventory records across systems.
• Manage order processing from confirmation to dispatch in coordination with the E‑commerce & Digital function.
• Supervise warehousing and storage with 3PL/partner providers, ensuring optimal space use and stock condition.
• Coordinate delivery and logistics partners to guarantee dependable, cost‑effective, trackable deliveries.
• Support order updates, delivery follow‑up and resolution of complaints or returns in partnership with Customer Service.
• Track KPIs such as fulfilment rates, delivery times and stock accuracy, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Commercial & Marketing on demand planning for campaigns and promotions.

Required profile

• A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of proven experience in procurement, inventory, warehousing or logistics, preferably within retail, manufacturing or an SME environment.
• Experience managing supplier and 3PL/logistics partner relationships.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving abilities, able to keep operations running smoothly under pressure.
• Good negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
• Comfortable working in a lean, fast‑moving team and wearing multiple hats as the business grows.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to use stock and performance data to guide decisions.
