About the role
The Ticketing Agent will handle flight reservations and ticketing for both domestic and international travelers. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring accurate bookings, fare comparisons, and compliance with airline regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Make domestic and international flight reservations and issue tickets for clients.
- Respond promptly to client enquiries about fares, schedules, and booking details.
- Monitor and manage existing reservations, including changes and cancellations.
- Verify passenger information, passport details, and travel documentation.
- Prepare daily and monthly ticketing and sales reports and coordinate with airlines and travel suppliers.
Required profile
- Degree (any field) required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar ticketing or travel reservation role.
