National Logistics Manager

About the role

The National Logistics Manager will lead and optimise logistics operations across all states of Nigeria for Davidorlah Farms. This role ensures efficient movement of products from warehouses to customers, manages third‑party logistics partners and drives continuous improvement in delivery performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and oversee nationwide logistics networks, establishing regional hubs and last‑mile delivery operations.
• Negotiate and manage relationships with 3PL providers, courier companies and interstate transport operators, monitoring KPIs and service levels.
• Coordinate inventory movement between warehouses, ensuring accurate documentation and minimal loss or damage.
• Develop and implement route and cost optimisation strategies to reduce transportation expenses while maintaining service quality.
• Lead the returns and reverse‑logistics process, handling product retrieval, documentation and loss reduction.
• Recruit, train and supervise logistics teams, set KPIs and conduct performance reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–8 years of logistics/supply‑chain experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience managing nationwide or multi‑state logistics operations, preferably in e‑commerce or FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of the Nigerian logistics environment and ability to travel across the country.
• Demonstrated budget management and cost‑control capabilities.
