Procurement Officer

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Procurement Officer to manage end‑to‑end purchasing activities for our projects in the entertainment and events sector. The role involves hands‑on verification of materials on site and close coordination with vendors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle from approved internal request to completion.
• Raise and track procurement activities in the ERP system.
• Physically verify supplied materials against quotations before work starts.
• Check vendor deliveries against quotations and invoices.
• Prepare job completion forms and obtain necessary signatures.
• Ensure procurement does not proceed without an approved request.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant procurement experience, preferably in projects, construction, events, facilities or logistics.
• Strong negotiation and vendor‑management abilities with excellent attention to detail.
