Territory Manager

About the role

The Territory Manager will lead sales activities across the Marina area of Lagos, driving customer acquisition and portfolio growth for our banking and finance clients. You will be responsible for developing territory‑specific plans, coaching field agents, and delivering measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sales plans tailored to the assigned territory to meet revenue targets.
• Identify market opportunities, monitor performance, and adjust strategies for deeper penetration.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate Field Sales Agents, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for senior management.
• Track KPIs, analyze competitor activity, and recommend improvement actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
• Experience in financial services, lending, fintech or related sectors is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high‑performing teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
