About the role
FAMAD PLC is seeking motivated Telesales Officers to join its sales team in Lagos. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, promoting products over the phone, and driving repeat purchases to support store performance.
Key responsibilities
- Call existing and prospective customers to promote products and generate sales.
- Follow up on previous customers and pending orders.
- Maintain professional communication and handle customer inquiries.
- Introduce new products, promotions, and special offers.
- Record call details, customer feedback, and sales activities accurately.
- Collaborate with shop managers and the sales team to meet targets.
- Encourage repeat purchases and foster customer loyalty.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Confident and professional phone etiquette.
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service principles.
- Goal‑oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Ability to meet sales targets and follow up consistently.
- Previous telesales or sales experience is an advantage.
