Telesales Officer – Financial Products

About the role

Renmoney is seeking a motivated Telesales Officer to join its dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role you will contact potential customers, introduce a range of loan and savings products, and help them make informed financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects to promote and sell loan products and services.
• Engage leads with friendly, informative conversations, answering queries and providing product insights.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets, converting prospects into satisfied customers.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
• Continuously update product knowledge to address customer needs effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new sales opportunities.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills with a persuasive telephone manner.
• Ability to handle rejections and turn them into learning experiences.
• A proactive, can‑do attitude and genuine passion for helping customers achieve financial goals.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Basic computer applications.
