About the role
The Telesales Executive will work on‑site in Ilorin, representing Landculture, a modern real‑estate development company. You will engage prospective clients by phone, generate and qualify leads, respond to inquiries, and close sales while delivering a high‑quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on inbound inquiries.
- Generate, qualify and nurture leads for real‑estate projects.
- Provide accurate information, address client questions, and resolve issues.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective communication and follow‑ups.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in real‑estate.
- Goal‑oriented mindset with a proven record of meeting sales targets.
- Interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred, but not mandatory.
Required skills
- Proficiency in customer support and issue resolution.
