Talent Delivery Analyst

About the role

Talentsquare’s Talent Access & Deployment practice is looking for a Talent Delivery Analyst to manage end‑to‑end recruitment and circuit deployments. You will own candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management and ensure the right talent meets the right opportunity on time.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen mid‑to‑senior candidates using Boolean search across LinkedIn, job boards and internal databases.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to offer acceptance, including interview scheduling and feedback delivery.
• Execute circuit deployments by matching individual nodes and team pods to client requirements.
• Maintain a clean, auditable candidate pipeline in Zoho Recruit/CRM, logging every interaction.
• Coordinate onboarding paperwork, contracts and compliance documents for deployed talent.
• Report daily to the Operations Coordinator and flag any performance issues.

Required profile

• Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under tight timelines.
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable handling multiple stakeholders.
