Talent Associate – Recruitment & Performance Management

About the role
The Talent Associate will support Alaro City’s recruitment and employee performance management processes, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent to drive its ambitious urban development projects.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, set role requirements and qualification criteria.
- Source suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media and other channels.
- Screen applications, schedule interviews and prepare interview materials.
- Assist hiring managers during the offer process, recommending salary ranges, incentives and start dates.
- Complete new‑hire paperwork and coordinate onboarding and orientation.
- Prepare recruitment activity reports for quarterly board meetings.
- Project‑manage automation of the employee performance review process.
- Work with function heads to set annual objectives and OKRs for departments and ensure communication to teams.
- Coordinate company‑wide KPI setting and mid‑year and year‑end performance appraisals.
- Maintain knowledge of best practices and regulatory changes in employment law and performance management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
