Student Counsellor – Study Abroad Admissions

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Student Counsellors to guide prospective students through the study‑abroad journey. You will advise on course selection, institutions and destinations while managing the full admissions cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students on study‑abroad options, including courses, institutions and destinations.
• Manage end‑to‑end admissions processes: applications, documentation, offer follow‑up and visa support.
• Convert leads into enrolments, meeting assigned targets.
• Maintain accurate student records and reports using CRM and internal systems.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents and partner institutions.
• Participate in outreach activities, events and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with institutional, visa and company policies.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to students throughout the application journey.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Student Counsellor, Admissions Officer or in a customer‑service and sales‑driven environment.
• Strong knowledge of international admissions processes and visa requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with proven ability to meet enrolment goals.
• High attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Experience with UK, Canada, Europe or other major study destinations is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
• Competence in Google Workspace tools.
