Social Media Manager

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Manager to lead our online presence across multiple platforms. You will develop strategies, create engaging content, and drive brand visibility to support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create, edit and publish graphics, photos, videos, reels, captions and stories.
• Maintain monthly content calendars and ensure consistent posting.
• Manage company pages, respond to comments and messages.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to generate leads.
• Conduct audience, competitor and market research to identify opportunities.
• Monitor trends and produce timely, relevant content.
• Track performance using analytics and prepare regular reports.
• Support paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and other platforms.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to convert engagement into business opportunities.

Required profile

• B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Media Studies, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing principles.
• Proven ability to create engaging content and basic advertising campaign management.
• Ability to use analytics to measure performance and stay updated on trends.
• Portfolio of previous social media work is a plus.
