Social Media Manager & Content Creator

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join Dewale Consulting Ltd’s real‑estate team in Lagos. You will shape our online presence, produce engaging visual content and support marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with the brand.
• Create videos, graphics, captions and short‑form reels for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and WhatsApp.
• Maintain a content calendar and cover property inspections, events and company activities.
• Edit short‑form videos using tools such as CapCut and produce Reels/TikToks.
• Monitor trends, identify content opportunities and respond to comments and enquiries.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports and support paid advertising campaigns.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong writing, storytelling and communication abilities.
• Portfolio of previous work.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva and CapCut.
• Hands‑on experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics.
