Shop Supervisor & Attendant – Benin City

About the role

FAMAD PLC is seeking energetic individuals to join its Benin City shop as a Shop Supervisor and a Shop Attendant. Both positions involve direct interaction with customers, stock handling, and supporting the growth of the store’s sales in the local market.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily shop operations, staff activities and ensure smooth customer service (Supervisor).
• Visit schools and institutions to promote products and secure supply orders (Supervisor).
• Monitor stock movement, assist in achieving sales targets and prepare operational reports (Supervisor).
• Attend to customers, assist with product selection and maintain a tidy shop environment (Attendant).
• Arrange products on shelves, support daily sales activities and handle customer enquiries (Attendant).

Required profile

• Residence in Benin City with good knowledge of the local environment.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, target‑driven attitude.
• Ability to travel locally for school visits and business development.
• Organised, responsible and willing to learn.
• Previous retail, sales or supervisory experience is an advantage.
