Senior Supervisor – Operations, Maintenance & Contract Engineering

About the role

Habrams Energy Services is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead operations, maintenance and contract engineering activities for its oil & gas projects in Lagos, Nigeria. The role ensures seamless transition from construction to operations while maintaining high safety and performance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations, maintenance tasks and contract engineering activities on site.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Coordinate with field teams to address issues under pressure and maintain project timelines.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate progress to senior management.

Required profile

• 2–8 years of relevant experience in operations, maintenance or contract engineering.
• Strong HSE mindset and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in field conditions.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.
• Engineering or technical background.
