About the role
Platos Health is looking for a data‑driven Senior Sales Account Executive to own end‑to‑end revenue generation in Nigeria. You will split your focus equally between expanding pharmacy partnerships and launching B2B growth experiments in corporate and wellness sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Own and close deals across pharmacy, corporate and wellness channels, translating monthly and quarterly targets into actionable plans.
- Drive short‑cycle revenue through pharmacy fulfilment, corporate device packages and wellness activations.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools, tracking conversion rates, deal velocity and close probabilities.
- Acquire, manage and grow high‑performing pharmacy accounts in Lagos, supporting health screenings and repeat sales.
- Pitch and close corporate health packages, engaging HR and People leaders, and coordinate health screenings and activations.
- Design, execute and evaluate early‑stage fitness and wellness pilots, testing new sales motions and partnership models.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations and pharmacy teams to ensure smooth execution and measurable commercial outcomes.
- Document learnings, share best practices and set high standards for preparation and follow‑up within the sales team.
Required profile
- Goal‑oriented, execution‑focused sales professional with a strong analytical mindset.
- Proven experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and performance tracking.
- Comfortable working autonomously and meeting aggressive revenue targets.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably within pharmacy, health‑tech or corporate wellness markets.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging senior decision‑makers.
