Senior Manager – People & Performance

About the role

ISN Medical is seeking a senior leader to drive organizational effectiveness through people and performance strategies. The role will partner with business leaders to build a high‑performing workforce, enhance leadership capability, and align culture with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement performance management frameworks (KPIs, OKRs, scorecards, appraisal cycles).
• Lead talent development initiatives, including leadership development, succession planning, and high‑potential programs.
• Drive employee engagement, culture transformation, and change‑management projects.
• Provide HR analytics and dashboards to support data‑driven decision‑making.
• Coach line managers and executives on performance conversations and talent decisions.
• Ensure compliance with Nigerian and international labour laws, handling disciplinary and grievance processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology or related field (minimum 2:1).
• 7–10 years progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial or HRBP role.
• Proven track record in performance management, talent management, and organizational development.
• Strong analytical ability to measure productivity, retention, and workforce health.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with HRIS and people‑analytics tools.
• Deep knowledge of Nigerian and international labour legislation.
• Ability to design policies, procedures, and structured feedback systems.
