Sales Specialist – Construction Machinery

About the role

LiuGong, a global leader in construction machinery, is looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to drive market growth and support distributor networks across assigned territories. You will work closely with the Regional Manager to shape market strategies and ensure customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyse market data, customer insights and business information to support strategy development.
• Monitor market trends, recommend product optimisation and improvement initiatives.
• Identify, develop and follow up on sales opportunities with distributors and dealers.
• Conduct local market research to onboard new distributor and agent partners.
• Support and supervise distributor operations, prepare reports and drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in organising brand promotion activities, exhibitions, product launches and advertising campaigns.
• Guide distributor outlet development, including showroom setup, branding and visual identity.
• Coordinate production scheduling, logistics, technical support and resource allocation with internal teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and key stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in machinery sales, preferably construction or earthmoving equipment.
• Good understanding of wheel loaders, excavators, rollers, graders, bulldozers and related equipment.
• Strong market analysis, business development and relationship management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel frequently for market visits and customer engagement.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
