About the role
We are seeking a high‑energy Field Sales Manager to lead our vape and FMCG distribution across Lagos Island and Mainland. The role is hands‑on, requiring you to spend the majority of your time on the streets, building relationships with shops, clubs, and market vendors.
Key responsibilities
- Visit retail and wholesale outlets daily, opening new accounts and expanding brand presence.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive territory coverage.
- Map Lagos markets, monitor competitor activity, and ensure optimal product visibility.
- Track sales performance and report results using Google Sheets on a daily basis.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of on‑field sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverage categories.
- Deep knowledge of Lagos routes, markets, and consumer behavior.
- Resilient and able to turn rejections into sales opportunities.
- Flexible to work varied hours aligned with business needs.

What we offer
- Base salary of at least ₦200,000 per month.
- Uncapped commission structure with average earnings around ₦350,000 monthly.
