Sales Manager – Manufacturing (Ajah)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our manufacturing sales operations in Ajah. The role involves driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with distributors and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage a high‑performing sales team.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
• Secure high‑profile contracts and maintain relationships with key distributors, retailers, and corporate clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to improve performance.
• Set sales targets and ensure consistent achievement by the team.
• Conduct regular field visits to strengthen customer relationships and increase market penetration.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for management review.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to improve product visibility and customer satisfaction.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years proven sales experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve aggressive sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship‑management skills.
• Experience securing large business deals or high‑value contracts.
• Excellent leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and result‑oriented.
