About the role
The Dealer Manager will lead the expansion and performance of our Buy‑Now‑Pay‑Later dealer network in the assigned territory. You will be responsible for recruiting new dealers, driving sales targets, and ensuring brand standards are upheld across all partner locations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new dealers to grow the network.
- Monitor dealer performance against sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Develop and implement dealer sales strategies to increase product penetration.
- Train dealers on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess operations, branding, and compliance.
- Resolve dealer‑related issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.
- Analyze sales data to spot growth opportunities and address concerns.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on dealer performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Enforce adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and ethical standards.
Required profile
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
- Good knowledge of distribution networks and dealer operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
