Sales Executive – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a confident and results‑driven Sales Executive to promote real‑estate investment opportunities and mortgage solutions. The role involves generating leads, engaging prospects, and converting them into successful sales while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calls, referrals, networking and follow‑ups.
• Schedule and coordinate property inspections with prospective clients.
• Present and promote real‑estate investment opportunities and mortgage solutions.
• Understand client needs and communicate value propositions effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close sales transactions professionally.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales and performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• HND or B.Sc. in any discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years’ sales experience, preferably in real estate and mortgage.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional appearance and strong personal presentation.
• Proven persuasion and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated with a strong drive to achieve results.
• Organisational and follow‑up skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to start immediately.
