Sales Engineer

About the role

The Sales Engineer will generate and follow up on sales leads for Cyrus Doors & Joinery Ltd, meeting clients to understand project requirements and recommend suitable door and joinery solutions. The role involves coordinating with production, installation and logistics teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on sales leads.
• Meet with clients to understand requirements and propose suitable products.
• Conduct site visits, measurements and assessments as needed.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and sales proposals.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with production, installation and logistics teams for project delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, contractors and developers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project progress.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during and after sales.
• Assist with operational, administrative, procurement, logistics or business development tasks when required.
• Demonstrate initiative, strong work ethic and ownership of challenges in a fast‑growing environment.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of BSc.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales engineering role.
• Entry‑level candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile.
