Sales & Business Development Executive

About the role

Peachy Talent Solutions is seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development Executive to drive growth in the solar energy market. Based in Lagos, you will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and delivering tailored solar solutions to residential, commercial and industrial customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and qualify new business opportunities in the solar sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across residential, commercial and industrial segments.
• Conduct sales presentations, site visits and product demonstrations to showcase solar installation benefits.
• Prepare, negotiate and close quotations, proposals and contracts.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure smooth handovers and high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining accurate sales records and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience selling solar panels and installation solutions.
• Proven ability to generate leads, negotiate and close sales.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Target‑driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
