Sales Attendant

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Attendant to join our retail team in Marina, Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right gadgets and accessories while delivering a friendly and efficient shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers warmly upon arrival.
• Assist customers in selecting gadgets and related accessories based on their needs.
• Demonstrate product features and provide accurate information on specifications and pricing.
• Process sales transactions efficiently using POS systems.
• Maintain product displays, keep shelves stocked, and ensure a clean store environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Stay updated on the latest gadget trends and product knowledge.
• Support inventory management through stock counts and restocking.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum B.Sc. degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar retail sales role.
• Familiarity with social media platforms.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using POS systems.
