Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our retail team in Lagos. You will be the front‑line ambassador of Brandco, delivering an engaging shopping experience that drives sales and builds customer loyalty. Working in our Marina store, you will interact with a diverse customer base and collaborate with a supportive team to meet daily targets.

Key responsibilities

• Create a memorable shopping experience through effective engagement and exceptional customer service, aiming to drive sales, achieve customer satisfaction, and improve retention.
• Promote brand and product awareness/loyalty by leveraging a comprehensive understanding of brand knowledge and technical product details.
• Maintain product placement and visual merchandising standards in line with set guidelines.
• Drive sales to achieve set financial and performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience of at least 12 months in retail marketing, preferably within the fashion or footwear industry.
• Creative thinking and problem‑solving abilities with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
