Sales and Marketing Executive

About the role

Jespa Industries Limited is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Executive to promote and sell its range of cleaning products to both individual and business customers in Lagos. The role involves handling enquiries from multiple channels, building relationships, and closing sales while representing the brand professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Actively promote and sell cleaning products to individual and business customers.
• Follow up on leads generated via social media, WhatsApp and other inquiry channels.
• Handle customer objections, negotiate and close sales in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Required profile

• Strong sales and persuasion abilities with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent customer service skills – patient, professional and friendly.
• Confident, outgoing and able to engage comfortably with customers.
• Reliable, trustworthy and capable of handling inquiries and orders responsibly.
• Effective multitasking and communication skills in spoken and written English.
