Retail Station Supervisor – Multiple Locations

About the role

Rainoil Limited is seeking energetic Retail Station Supervisors to manage daily operations across several stations in Nigeria. You will ensure stations open smoothly, maintain accurate inventory, and deliver excellent service to customers and pump attendants.

Key responsibilities

• Open the station each day, secure it after closing, and ensure readiness for operations.
• Take meter readings and dip underground tanks to verify stock levels, maintaining a log of all readings.
• Coordinate front‑line sales activities of pump attendants and address customer or attendant queries.
• Liaise with external stakeholders regarding Rainoil products.
• Prepare daily and weekly activity reports for the station manager.
• Oversee off‑loading of fuel deliveries into station tanks.
• Inspect sales and safety equipment to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
• Generate inventory reports to keep products consistently available.

Required profile

• Minimum HND in Social Science, Management, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in the downstream oil and gas retail sector.
