Retail Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Retail Manager to create a unique in‑store experience that aligns with our brand guidelines. You will lead merchandising, budgeting and sales performance while collaborating with the management team to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute creative merchandising layouts that reflect brand standards.
• Set annual budgets and sales targets with the management team.
• Manage budgets, profit & loss accounts and monitor KPIs.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and forecast future sales volumes.
• Identify income‑generation opportunities and support business development initiatives.
• Oversee limited‑edition commissions, artist collaborations and in‑store promotional events.
• Ensure compliance with legal, health and safety regulations through audits and store walk‑throughs.
• Recruit, train and evaluate retail staff, handling performance issues as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints and monitor low‑performing brands, recommending improvement strategies.

Required profile

• BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Retail Manager, preferably in luxury lifestyle or fashion.
• Professional certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data and forecast trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience using sales software and data‑entry tools.
• Ability to create spreadsheets, charts and presentations for management reporting.
