Key responsibilities

• Find or upload high‑quality candidate profiles to the platform.
• Select real client vacancies from RecX Direct or shared recruiter listings.
• Use AI‑assisted matching tools to quickly pair candidates with suitable roles.
• Work independently or collaborate with other recruiters in the community.
• Earn a commission when a placed candidate is hired.

Required profile

• Motivation to work with full flexibility and no fixed schedule.
• Comfortable communicating with candidates and clients remotely.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus but not mandatory.
