About the role
We are looking for a Payroll Executive to join our team in Lekki. The role is full‑time and on‑site, responsible for managing end‑to‑end payroll operations for our employees.
Key responsibilities
- Administer monthly, bi‑weekly or weekly payroll, calculating base pay, overtime, bonuses and deductions.
- Enter and update payroll data such as new hires, terminations, promotions and leave in HR and payroll systems.
- Ensure payroll calculations and tax withholdings comply with Nigerian labour and tax regulations.
- Generate payroll reports, reconcile payroll accounts and support internal audits.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees to resolve payroll queries and discrepancies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
- Strong understanding of payroll administration, management and processing.
- Detail‑oriented with solid organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with finance, HR and other stakeholders.
Required skills
- Experience with payroll software and related tools.
